Managed multiple large scale complex technical projects and programs related to CenturyLink's acquisition of Qwest.

Primary focus included:

         Acted as Liaison between the two companies to align end user workstations, enterprise support systems (Call Centers) and financial systems, prior to day one of merger.

         Managed initiative to design and field MS SCCM to a new combined enterprise domain.

         Facilitated creation of 5 year IT Strategic Road Map. Included all hardware, software and licensing, costs and considerations for refreshing and maintaining over 50K workstations and their supporting servers.

         Managed multiple web application relocation projects as a part of a data center closure program.

         Program Manager for Enterprise Workstation Migration to Windows 7.  Collected and documented application migration and modification requirements from business units. Assessed over 1500 desktop and server applications from more than 300 vendors. Worked with Microsoft Windows 7 team to review and certify applications.  Identified, reviewed and purchased software to replace non-Win 7 compatible applications. Organized the efforts of an international migration team including domestic and off-shore developers, project managers, hardware and software engineers, desktop support, server and network teams located across over 30 States. Prepared infrastructure. Managed migration (planning / testing / execution) of over 50K user computers. Managed PMO budget in excess of $2.5M and total Program budget in excess of $12,000,000.

Normal tasks included but were not limited to:

         Daily use of MS Project, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Live link, Word to document and report Program and Project Status.
